Our Sealing Process
At Dos Bros, we apply two full coats of sealer to ensure optimal coverage and long-lasting durability.
Once applied, the surface requires 24 hours to cure before walking and 48 hours before driving, allowing the sealer to fully bond and perform as intended.
We closely monitor the weather and only proceed when we can guarantee two consecutive rain-free days. Rain during the curing process can interfere with bonding and compromise the effectiveness of the sealer, so timing is key to getting the best results.

We use Siloxa-Tek 8500, a high-performance, penetrating sealer that offers exceptional protection without altering the natural look of your surface.
This clear, water-based formula chemically bonds with the substrate to create a hydrophobic barrier, helping repel water, salts, and de-icing chemicals.

At Dos Bros, we use premium polymeric sand to lock in your pavers and keep them looking great for years. Once applied the sand hardens to create strong joints that resist weed growth, insect infestations, and shifting over time.

How we Lay Polymeric Sand ?
At Dos Bros, we use a high-quality paver locking sand designed for strength and durability.
After thoroughly cleaning the paver surface, we use brooms to spread an even layer of the sand across all joints. We take extra care to make sure the sand reaches the edges and fills deep crevices between each stone.
Once the joints are fully packed, we remove any excess material from the surface before lightly misting the area with water. Activating the binding agents in the sand, locking the pavers in place and forming a firm, stabilized finish.
